Shipping and Policies

 

I ship most smaller sized items USPS and UPS. I ship larger ones UPS or FedEx Ground. Most items ship within three business days. #3 and #4 prints ship in about seven business days. Canvas prints ship in about 14 days. Most paintings are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground with about a five day turn around and five day transit. 

Very large paintings ship via air freight and must be picked up at an airline's freight terminal. Home delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. Contact us for details. I reserve the right to alter shipping methods.

Shipping rates for you order will show prior to final check out.

Shipping outside the US:

I ship to most countries. Generally most taxes and fees are collected at purchase. The buyer will be responsible for any taxes or fees not collected. You pay any customs charges or local taxes. Large items such as paintings are sent via air freight to a major or regional airfreight terminal - an airline's freight terminal.


You will be notified if there is a vacation or other delay. If shipping must be delayed because of a production issue, you will be notified. Once shipped, Ken Bailey Art is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping entity or local customs. In the case of an item lost in shipping a replacement can be sent or a refund issued after 30 days from the date the item is shipped.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Full refunds including outgoing shipping for prints if returned within 30 days from receipt and if in original condition.

Original paintings must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping paid be the recipient.

Items damaged in shipment will be replaced at no charge. Damage must be reported within three days of receipt.

No refunds for custom items. You will be given the opportunity to approve the image before shipment.

Errors and Omissions  

We try very hard to be accurate about what's presented on this site, but errors and omissions are possible. If you find a misstatement or inaccuracy, please contact us so we can correct it. If there is an error in pricing or technical details of an item, you will be notified and can cancel the order. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order. A full refund will be issued.
