A recent special collection of paintings featuring abstracted black cats. I love painting black cats. There's evoke elegance and a sense of mystery. I've textured some of these paintings. Texturing adds interest and a certain energy to the canvas.

Black cats are near and dear to my heart. As a kid, my family had a black cat named Baggy Cat. His name came from the famous fictional black panther and mentor to Mowgli in Rudyard Kipling's Bagheera (The Jungle Book).

If you like these, but the one you like has been sold or you aren't ready to buy, I'll be adding more on a regular basis, so check back. Or, like my facebook page. New ones will be posted there.
